No IT impact
LiveWords can be used with any website, and there’s no IT impact whatsoever. Even if your website contains complex functionalities. Most translated websites can be delivered within a few weeks, and always within three months.
1. Setup
After choosing for LiveWords, your account is created on the LiveWords server and in the LiveWords application. Any exceptions are processed in the application on the account level. The relevant translators and web designers (for the graphic components) are registered. From that moment, an exact copy of your website is generated for each selected language. All functionalities remain intact and are thoroughly tested.
2. Initial translation
The first translation of your website's original source text is provided by a professional translator. You can choose to have this done by us, by the translation agency you currently make use of, or by your own in-house translators. If so desired, machine translations can serve as the basis for the translation. The translations are published directly via Live Words and displayed in an online test area to which you are given full access.
3. Approval and 'go-live'
After your approval, the language selection can easily be activated on your original website. All your IT department or web agency needs to do is add a link to the translated version. This makes the additional languages instantly available to all visitors to your website.
From Launch: Tracking & Tracing.
The Tracking & Tracing module in LiveWords constantly checks your original website for changes. New and revised texts and images are automatically detected, placed in a task list and sent to the relevant translators and web designers. They then publish the new translations and images directly to the LiveWords application, often within a few hours. We take care of everything, so you never have to worry again about outdated, incomplete or inaccurate information.
